D\u011blaj\u00ed to tak i jog\u00edni \u2013 nastartuje mi to za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, dod\u00e1 energii a je to skv\u011bl\u00e9 i pro kr\u00e1snou ple\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u011bl\u00e1m \u201esv\u00ed\u010dku\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zvykla jsem si, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no p\u00e1r minut cvi\u010d\u00edm. Deset, patn\u00e1ct minut. Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku se mi necht\u011blo, ale postupn\u011b jsem si z\u00a0toho vytvo\u0159ila n\u00e1vyk, a tak to te\u010f beru stejn\u011b, jako \u010dist\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f. Kdy\u017e opravdu nem\u00e1m v\u016fbec \u010das, ud\u011bl\u00e1m si aspo\u0148 \u201esv\u00ed\u010dku\u201c \u2013 cvik, kdy se polo\u017e\u00edm na z\u00e1da, nadzdvihnu nohu do v\u00fd\u0161ky a rukama si je v pase podep\u0159u. Sta\u010d\u00ed minutka. Hlava se tak prokrv\u00ed, nohy tak\u00e9 a nabije to energi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u011bh na dobrou n\u00e1ladu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ob\u010das m\u011b v\u00a0tomto po\u010das\u00ed p\u0159epadaj\u00ed chmury a \u0161patn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada. Pak jdu b\u011bhat. Kdy\u017e b\u011b\u017e\u00edm, tak se v\u0161e rozpou\u0161t\u00ed a j\u00e1 c\u00edt\u00edm, jak se naopak nab\u00edj\u00edm. Sta\u010d\u00ed p\u016fl hodinka a jsem jako vym\u011bn\u011bn\u00e1. A k\u00a0tomu nemus\u00edm \u0159\u00edkat, jak b\u011bh skv\u011ble formuje postavu! Kdy\u017e se spr\u00e1vn\u011b obl\u00e9knete, jde b\u011bhat celou zimu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00edsto k\u00e1vy matcha<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e odpoledne c\u00edt\u00edm, \u017ee se mi chce sp\u00e1t, m\u00edsto k\u00e1vy si p\u0159iprav\u00edm n\u00e1poj s\u00a0matchou \u2013 mlet\u00fdm zelen\u00fdm \u010dajem, kter\u00fd je n\u011bkolika n\u00e1sobn\u011b siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e zelen\u00fd \u010daj. Okam\u017eit\u011b t\u011blo nabud\u00ed. M\u00e1 svoji specifickou chu\u0165, tak si ho v\u00a0\u0161ejkru m\u00edch\u00e1m s\u00a0rakytn\u00edkov\u00fdm sirupem s medem. Vznikne tak zdrav\u00e1 limon\u00e1da, kter\u00e1 za\u017eene \u00fanavu, a je\u0161t\u011b t\u011blo vy\u017eiv\u00ed zevnit\u0159.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hodn\u011b sp\u00edm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ano, v\u00edm. Sly\u0161eli jste to u\u017e stokr\u00e1t, \u017ee je sp\u00e1nek d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, ale on opravdu je. Na podzim proto chod\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve sp\u00e1t a hlavn\u011b si d\u00e1v\u00e1m pozor, aby to bylo p\u0159ed p\u016flnoc\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se toti\u017e po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vysp\u00edm, vypad\u00e1m l\u00e9pe, c\u00edt\u00edm se l\u00e9pe a m\u00e1m i v\u00edce energie.
